Dr. Basil Abdulwahhab Alkhazragy

Core Experience: Electrical Engineering

Dr. Basil Alkhazragy is an accomplished Electrical Engineer, Consultant and Business Development expert with over 39 years of experience. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Decision Making & Smart Analysis and Innovation & Creativity in Business Development, along with a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Technology.


Dr. Basil has spent 22 years in the oil and gas sector, where he contributed to complex projects requiring both technical expertise and strategic decision-making. His extensive training experience includes over 8,800 hours of classroom and on-site instruction, positively impacting professionals across various industries.


He holds more than 36 certifications, including an Advanced Training Diploma in Business Management from Cambridge Training College (UK) and Six Sigma Master Black Belt from CSSMBB Switzerland. Additionally, Dr. Basil has been recognized with four prestigious awards from the Iraqi Government for his contributions to national projects, including a confidential Navy project (1987), the rebuilding of the Baghdad suspended bridge (1992-1995), and peace efforts with the UN (1995, 1996).


As a founder of Qyadeen, Dr. Basil brings his technical, business, and strategic expertise to create impactful training programs for industry professionals.

Dr. Mohammed A Al Essa

Core Experience: QHSE

Dr. Mohammed Al Essa brings 32 years of expertise in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management across diverse industries. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Marketing and Accounting & Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical & Petroleum Engineering from United Arab Emirates University.


Dr. Mohammed’s career spans the energy, financial services, transportation, and environmental management sectors. He began in the energy sector, developing deep expertise in managing QHSE systems for high-risk operations. Moving to the financial services industry, Dr. Mohammed contributed to governance and compliance at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), refining his skills in corporate responsibility. He later worked in the transportation sector, focusing on implementing safety management systems, particularly in public transport. Most recently, Dr. Mohammed made significant contributions to the environmental management sector, leading sustainability initiatives and improving organizational environmental performance.


As a UKS Environmental Internal Auditor, UKS Quality Internal Auditor, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Dr. Mohammed has a strong foundation in international quality standards. As a founder of Qyadeen training institute, he leverages his diverse experience to offer training programs that enhance QHSE standards across various industries.

Dr. Khidher Al-Almarhoon

Core Experience: Banking and Investment

Dr. Khidher Almarhoon is a highly experienced professional since 1990 in banking and training, specializing in Retail, Investment, and Finance. He holds a PhD in Investments from the University of Cairo, and a Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Risk Management. His strong academic foundation, combined with his practical industry experience, have made him a recognized figure in the financial and training sectors.


Dr. Khidher’s career in the banking sector spans over two decades, where he gained expertise in wealth management and retail banking. His experience has provided him with a deep understanding of the complexities of banking and financial systems, which he later leveraged in his career as a trainer. Dr. Khidher was the Vice President, Team Leader in Wealth Management at SNB Capital. For his efforts, Dr. Khidher has received an honorary shield from the CEO of SNB.


As a Certified Trainer licensed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, a Certified Personal Financial Planner (CPFP) from the Financial Academy of Saudi, and CME1 designated expert, Dr. Khidher has developed specialized training programs for professionals in finance, banking, and investment sectors. He is also a Trainer of Trainers since 2021, accredited by TVTC. As of 2024, Dr. Khidher has trained 3000+ professionals.


With 21 years of training experience, Dr. Khidher has successfully conducted training in areas including leadership, banking, sales, retail, customer service, finance, investments, and soft skills, having positively impacted the careers of numerous professionals. As a founder of Qyadeen, he brings a wealth of knowledge to design impactful training sessions, helping individuals build critical skills and advance in their careers

Dr. Ali Al Lail

Core Experience: Banking

Dr. Ali Al Lail is a seasoned banking and training professional with over 30 years of experience as a Consultant and Trainer. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Risk Management and Accounting & Finance. Dr. Ali’s academic background, combined with his extensive industry experience, makes him a recognized authority in financial and managerial training.


Throughout his career, Dr. Ali has worked in the banking sector, where he gained deep insights into financial risk management, banking operations, and strategic financial planning. His work as a consultant allowed him to provide valuable advisory services to organizations, helping them streamline operations and enhance financial management practices.


Dr. Ali is also a Certified Trainer of Trainers with licenses from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and Hajr Creativity Institute. In addition, he holds a Certified Manager (CM) designation from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) in the USA. He is also licensed as a Financial Advisory Expert and an Administrative Advisory Expert by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.


With over 3500 professionals trained through his specialized sessions, Dr. Ali brings a wealth of knowledge in financial and managerial consulting, focusing on risk management and effective leadership. As a founder of Qyadeen, he leverages his extensive experience to create training programs that equip professionals with critical skills for success in today’s competitive business environment.

Dr. Yasser Mohamed Ali

Core Experience: Hospitality

Dr. Yasser Mohamed Ali is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in business administration, hospitality management, and facility management. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Risk Management and Quality Management. and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Faculty of Tourism & Hotels at Alexandria University. His diverse academic and professional background has equipped him with a broad skill set and deep industry knowledge.


Dr. Yasser brings 17 years of experience in facility management at Energy sector, where he played a pivotal role in managing large-scale infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high safety standards. His leadership in overseeing facilities and maintenance operations contributed significantly to the company’s success. Additionally, Dr. Yasser’s international experience includes his role as a Catering Supervisor at the US Air Base in Germany, where he was responsible for managing catering operations in a high-pressure, multicultural environment. This role refined his expertise in food safety, logistics, and team management, strengthening his versatility in the hospitality industry.


He is also an Approved Trainer for HACCP Trainers from Highfield, Dubai, and a member of the International Caterer Association in New York, underscoring his commitment to food safety and hospitality excellence.


As a founder of Qyadeen, Dr. Yasser leverages his comprehensive experience across multiple sectors to develop specialized training programs focused on operational efficiency, food safety, facility management, and professional development.

Dr. Mohamed Metwaly Abo El Makarim

Core Experience: Construction

Dr. Mohamed Metwaly Abo El Makarim is a seasoned professional with a distinguished academic background and extensive experience in risk management, project management, and surveying. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), specializing in risk management and project management. Additionally, he has earned an International Trainer Diploma certified by both the American Science and Technology Association (ASIT.US) and the European Quality Organization (EOQM). Dr. Mohamed also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University, Cairo, and is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Surveying at Assiut University.


With an impressive 26 years of experience working in Egypt and Qatar, Dr. Mohamed has built a strong career in surveying and project management. His significant contribution as the Survey Department Manager at Almana Company in Qatar is particularly noteworthy, where he managed surveying operations for over 25 major projects, ensuring precision and high-quality standards in  he company’s infrastructure and construction projects.


As a founder of Qyadeen, Dr. Mohamed brings invaluable knowledge in surveying, risk management, and project management. His wealth of experience positions him as a key figure in developing specialized training programs designed to equip professionals with the skills necessary to excel in these critical fields.

Dr. Abdulaziz Suliman Joharji

Core Experience: IT and Technology

Dr. AbdulAziz Joharji is a highly experienced Computer Scientist & Engineer with over 20 years in the IT sector. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Technology from a high-ranking Canadian University and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), focusing on Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain.


Dr. AbdulAziz has acquired a wide array of world-class certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+). He also holds Project Management certifications (PMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt) and expertise in IT Governance (ITIL Foundation, COBIT 2019 Foundation), equipping him with an extensive understanding of both technical and strategic IT management.


In recognition of his work, Dr. AbdulAziz was honored by His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the King of Saudi Arabia, for his innovative work on Anti-theft Sensors for Mobile Devices. Since 2019, he has delivered over 3 years of training in areas such as IT governance, networking, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure, helping professionals stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape.


As a founder of Qyadeen, Dr. AbdulAziz combines his comprehensive IT knowledge and business acumen to create training programs that empower individuals and organizations to excel in today’s fast-paced digital world.
